I have spent my career as a quantitative analyst and statistician — credit risk at Wells Fargo and Citi, then customer analytics for McDonald’s, Travelocity and Johnson & Johnson. I take raw data and break it into the few numbers a business can actually make decisions on. A practice’s data works the same way. It just has nobody looking at it.
